Villa Vermigli — Privacy Policy

Last updated: 14 October 2026

Villa Vermigli is an Android game by Raffaele Salutari (“we”). This policy explains what data the game handles. In short: none that reaches us. The game does not collect, send or share personal data.

What stays on your phone

To work, the game stores only on your device:

  • games in progress (the room you are in, the items you picked up, time and moves);
  • progress: completed chapters, documents read, tips already shown;
  • options: volumes, language, larger text, vibration.

This data contains no personal information, never leaves the phone and we cannot see it. You can delete it at any time from Options → Delete all progress, or by uninstalling the game.

What we don't do

  • The game asks for no permissions and has no internet access.
  • There are no accounts, sign-ups, ads, usage analytics, trackers or third-party services.
  • We do not collect device identifiers, location, contacts, photos or any other content of your phone.

Android backup

If Android backup is enabled on your phone, the system may include the game's saves in your Google account backup, to restore them on a new device. The backup is handled by Google according to your phone's settings: we have no access to it.

Purchases

Purchases are made through Google Play. Payment is handled by Google: we only receive confirmation of the purchase, with no payment details.

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13 and collects no data from anyone, children included.

Changes

If a future version of the game handles data differently (for example by reporting crashes), we will update this page and the date above before releasing it.
