This policy, provided under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 («GDPR»), describes how personal data of visitors to www.koghisoft.it is processed. Koghisoft apps have their own dedicated policies, linked from their pages.

Browsing data (server logs)

During normal browsing, the systems of the hosting provider may automatically record technical data (IP address, browser and device type, date and time of the request, pages visited). This data is used solely to ensure the operation and security of the site and to derive aggregated, anonymous statistics. Legal basis: the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR). Logs are retained only for as long as necessary, per the hosting provider's policies.

Cookies and tracking technologies

This site uses no profiling cookies, no analytics, and no third-party trackers. No non-essential cookie is set, which is why there is no (and no need for a) consent banner. Any technical cookies set by the provider for security purposes are exempt from consent under ePrivacy rules.

External resources

Fonts and all site assets are hosted on our own servers: while browsing, no requests are made to third-party servers and your IP address is not shared with external parties.

Contact form and e-mail

If you contact us through the website form or by writing to info@koghisoft.it, we will process your name, e-mail address and the content of your message solely to reply to your request. Data submitted via the form is sent by e-mail and is not stored in any database on the site; it is not used for marketing nor shared with third parties. Legal basis: handling your request (Art. 6.1.b) and legitimate interest in managing communications (Art. 6.1.f).

Your rights

You may exercise the rights under Arts. 15-22 GDPR at any time: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, by writing to info@koghisoft.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali ).

Transfers outside the EU

The site does not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area. Should the hosting provider operate servers outside the EU, processing takes place in compliance with the safeguards under Arts. 44 ff. GDPR.
