VoltaPreventivi — Privacy Policy

VoltaPreventivi («the app») is developed by Koghisoft. This policy explains what data the app processes.

Data that stays on your device

All the data you enter — quotes, clients, price lists and prices, your custom material catalog, settings — is stored locally on your device. The app does not send it to servers run by us or to third parties, and it works offline.

Data we do NOT collect

We do not collect personal data, we do not use analytics or advertising tracking tools, and we do not profile users. No mandatory account is required.

In-app purchases

The purchase of the Premium version is handled by Google Play. Payment and the related data are processed by Google under its own policies; the app only receives confirmation of the purchase, not the payment data.

Generating and sending quotes

When you generate a quote PDF and share it (WhatsApp, email or print), the file is sent only where you decide, through your phone's apps and share sheet. No quote passes through our servers.

Permissions

• Storage / Files: to save and export quote PDFs on the device.
• Sharing: to send the quote via WhatsApp, email or other apps, through the system share sheet.
• Billing (Google Play): for the in-app purchase of the Premium version.

Backup and export

If you use the export or backup features, the generated files are shared or saved only where you decide (e.g. your cloud storage or email). Managing those files is under your control.

Retention and deletion

Your data stays until you delete it from the app or uninstall the app.

Children

The app is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

Any changes to this policy will be published at this address.
